Terms of Use

Last updated: October 23, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the 2^n app and the 2^n website (together, the “Service”), operated by 2 Power N LLC (“2^n,” “we” or “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms, the Community Guidelines and the 2^n Privacy Policy, including its Mobile App Privacy Supplement. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

1. Membership

  • 2^n is invitation-only. You must be at least 18 years old.
  • If you join on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have its authority to do so.
  • Your membership is personal. Don’t share your account, sign-in links or review codes with anyone.
  • 2^n may approve, suspend or end any membership at its discretion. That includes membership of anyone who breaks these Terms or the Community Guidelines.

2. Your Content

  • You own what you post, message or upload.
  • You give 2^n permission to store, display and share your content with members as needed to operate the Service.
  • You’re responsible for having the right to share what you post.
  • 2^n may remove content that breaks these Terms or the Community Guidelines.

3. Confidentiality

  • Deal materials, member names, profiles and conversations are confidential to the 2^n network.
  • Use them only to evaluate opportunities and connect with members through 2^n.
  • Don’t share them outside the network without permission.

4. Not Investment Advice

  • 2^n is a private network. It is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser or placement agent, and it facilitates introductions only.
  • Deals, Radar answers, posts and other content are for information. They are not recommendations or offers.
  • 2^n doesn’t verify every detail members share. Do your own diligence before making any decision.

5. Radar and AI Features

  • Radar answers your questions using AI and the 2^n records it needs. To do this, it sends your question to OpenAI, which processes it on 2^n’s behalf, as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • AI answers can be incomplete or wrong. Check anything important before you rely on it.
  • Don’t use Radar to try to extract information you aren’t allowed to see.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to follow the Community Guidelines. You also agree not to:

  • scrape, copy, export or resell member information;
  • access the Service with bots or other automated tools;
  • interfere with the Service or its security, or try to get around it;
  • use the Service for anything unlawful.

7. Reporting and Blocking

  • You can report any post, comment, message or member, and you can block a member.
  • The 2^n team reviews every report within 24 hours. It removes content, and members, that break the Community Guidelines.
  • Members are never told who reported them.

8. Ending Your Account

  • You can ask to delete your account from your account settings in the app, or by contacting us.
  • We delete your account, and the personal information associated with it, within 30 days of your request. Some information may be kept where the Privacy Policy allows, for example records of deals and transactions you took part in.
  • 2^n may also suspend or end your access under section 1.

9. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms. We’ll tell you about material changes in the app or by email.
  • If you keep using the Service after an update, you accept the updated Terms.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
  • To the fullest extent the law allows:
    • 2^n is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on content in the Service;
    • 2^n’s total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to $100.

11. Apple App Store Terms

These terms apply if you got the app from Apple’s App Store.

  • The agreement is with 2^n. These Terms are between you and 2^n, not Apple. 2^n, not Apple, is responsible for the app and its content.
  • Your license. You may use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as the App Store’s usage rules permit.
  • Support and warranties. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. Apple has no other warranty obligation.
  • Claims. Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the app, including:
    • product liability claims;
    • claims that the app fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements;
    • consumer protection claims;
    • intellectual property claims.
  • Legal compliance. You confirm that you are not in a country subject to U.S. government embargo, and that you are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • Third-party beneficiaries. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Community Guidelines

2^n works because members trust each other. These rules apply to everything you post, comment, message or share in the app and on the website.

Be Who You Say You Are

Use your real name and organization. Don’t impersonate another person or office.

Keep It Confidential

Deal materials, member names and conversations stay inside 2^n. Don’t share them outside the network without permission.

Share Accurate Information

Deals, roles and posts must be truthful and complete. Never misrepresent returns, terms or your authority to share an opportunity.

No Spam or Mass Solicitation

Don’t send unsolicited pitches, repeated messages or promotional blasts. Use the Deal Marketplace for opportunities.

Zero Tolerance for Abuse

Harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content, fraud and illegal activity are not allowed. Content that breaks these rules is removed, and so is the member who posted it.

Report What You See

  • Use Report on any post, comment, message or member, and block anyone you don’t want to hear from.
  • The 2^n team reviews every report within 24 hours.
  • Members are never told who reported them.
